The ticket counter at Cengkareng and Kualanamu airport are closed from Today


Ticket Sales Counter at Soekarno-Hatta Airport was officially closed from 00.00 GMT today. In addition to the Soekarno-Hatta, the closure of the ticket counter is also done at Kualanamu Airport, Medan.

Upon release received from PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero), Sunday (1/3/2015), closing counters refer to the Ministry of Transportation letter Number HK.209/I/I/16/PHB.2014 about improving public services. The next function will be turned into a customer service counter operated by the airline.

"Through the customer service counter, the airline can provide solutions to the needs, complaints, or questions of passengers," said Public Service Director of PT Angkasa Pura II, Ituk Herarindi.

"The current location of customer service counter is still spread around, we are planning to move it to be one specific area," he continued.

PT Angkasa Pura II as the airport operator also operates a counter service counter which is equipped with computers for purchasing tickets online at Terminal 1A, 1B, 1 c, 2F, and 3. That is in Soekarno-Hatta Airport and Kualanamu Airport.
